About GeoSimpli
GeoSimpli is a managed GEO agency based in Riebeek Kasteel, South Africa. We help small businesses become more visible, trusted, and recommended in AI-powered search. We are not a self-service SaaS product; delivery is performed by our team (supported by internal tools) on your behalf.
Services
GeoSimpli provides GEO consulting, audits, onboarding support, content and optimisation work, and ongoing visibility management for small businesses. Specific deliverables, fees, and timelines are defined in your proposal, package selection, or service agreement.
No guarantee of specific outcomes
We work to deliver practical, well-managed GEO improvements. However, we do not guarantee specific business results, ranking positions, AI citations or recommendations, revenue increases, or that any AI system will mention or recommend your business in every case.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, review recommendations and draft content where appropriate, and maintain responsibility for your own business decisions, content accuracy, brand claims, and compliance obligations.
Payments
Where payments are required, they are processed through approved payment providers such as Payfast, Paystack, or NOWPayments, depending on the checkout method selected. Fees, billing cycles, and refund terms are communicated before payment is made. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and payment disputes are handled.
A payment is only treated as successful after server-side verification by us or a validated provider notification. Browser redirects alone do not confirm payment.
Intellectual property
Website content, branding, methodologies, and agency materials remain the property of GeoSimpli unless otherwise agreed in writing. Client-provided materials remain yours, and you grant us permission to use them for service delivery. Work product created for you is licensed or assigned as set out in your service agreement or package terms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, GeoSimpli is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or this website. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service, where applicable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Courts in South Africa have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
